About Matt Brookens

The road to Agile Group's success is paved with years of exploration, dedication, and the commitment to putting people first.

Matthew Brookens founded Agile Group in 2016 after joining Real Living Casa Fina Realty. Before becoming the co-founder and CEO of his leading real estate team, Matt was a graduate of the University of South Florida. He would explore careers in the financial, sales, and payroll industries before discovering his passion for real estate, which began while working for a hedge fund in Tampa.

What started as purchasing local homes would soon lead to a position with Keller Williams Realty, where he would become a top-producing Realtor. After two years with Keller Williams, Matt made the decision to branch out and begin working on building his team and career with Agile Group co-founders Jeff Bartilucci and Nick Parrinello by his side.

The team at Agile Group would quickly become known for their dedication, transparency, and personal approach to their client's home buying and selling experiences. The team's expertise and passion for what they do are apparent in each meeting and conversation, as they truly have one goal in mind:

To build strong personal connections with their clients to understand their needs, tailor their experience, and help them find the dream home they've been searching for.

The Agile Group has worked diligently to make a name for itself and has been listed as one of the top-ranked Real Estate Teams in the Nation by RealTrends and The Wall Street Journal four years in a row. With his determination and genuine passion for his work, Matt successfully transitioned from being a Realtor to becoming a business owner, coach, and CEO of an organization home to some of the most hardworking and professional realtors in Florida.

Matt's wife, Nivea, and their three daughters, Julia, Madelyn, and Victoria, continue to be the driving forces behind everything he has done with Agile Group. From the early days as a newly formed real estate group to becoming one of the top-ranking Real Estate Teams in the country, Matt's family has been by his side to support and encourage him throughout all of his professional endeavors.
